Devin Barnwell

Devin is President of BGRE’s North American operations and serves as Managing Partner, co-leading BGRE’s logistics sector. Since joining BGRE in 2019, she has brought extensive investment and operating experience to the business.

Prior to BGRE, Devin was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where she oversaw real estate investments across the Southeast and Texas markets and managed the Safeguard Self Storage operating company.

Devin earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

In 2019, she was recognized as Investment Professional of the Year by Globe Street’s Women of Influence Awards. Devin is actively involved in several real estate organizations, including ULI, Women Lead at Georgia State University, and NAIOP, where she served as Membership Chair on the NAIOP Georgia Board in 2024.
